Boollm for iPhone - Effective October 7, 2026

This page applies to the Boollm iPhone app. It is the same text shown in the app under Settings › About. The desktop editions have their own Privacy Policy and Terms. See also the iPhone Privacy Policy.

1. Scope and operator

These terms cover the Boollm iPhone app provided by saz3 Labs. Read them together with the iPhone Privacy Policy in this app and the applicable App Store terms. By using Boollm, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use and ownership

You may use Boollm for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not use it to violate others' rights, compromise systems, distribute harmful software, or evade security controls. You retain ownership of content you supply, and you must have the rights and permissions needed to use or share it. You are responsible for checking important output and keeping backups of important material. Third-party open-source components and downloaded models retain their own licenses.

3. AI output

The app may give inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unsuitable answers. Check answers before relying on them, especially for important decisions. Boollm is not professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Similar answers may be given to other users; output is not guaranteed to be unique.

4. Local and optional online features

Supported downloaded models run on the iPhone. The app has no Boollm account or cross-device sync service. A model download, web search, page read, weather request, or other online action available in the app needs network access and may contact the relevant third party. Those parties' terms, privacy practices, and any charges they impose are separate. A local chat model does not make an online search or download private from the contacted service. You choose whether to use features that request microphone, location, screen, photo, or file access.

5. Availability and updates

Features can vary with the device, iOS version, downloaded models, permissions, connectivity, and third-party service availability. Updates may change features to address reliability, security, provider compatibility, or legal requirements.

6. Warranty and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Boollm is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. To the extent law permits, saz3 Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
