Terms of Service
Effective August 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Boollm, a Windows desktop AI workspace developed by saz3 Labs ("Boollm," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Boollm, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Boollm.
1. Who may use Boollm
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Boollm for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. Boollm is a developer and productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13.
2. License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, saz3 Labs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Boollm for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not use Boollm to violate the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or interfere with the service or other users.
You may not misrepresent Boollm as your own service, remove proprietary notices, or reverse engineer protected components except where applicable law expressly permits it. Open-source software included with Boollm remains governed by its applicable license.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of the prompts, files, code, notes, projects, and other content you provide. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content and for reviewing any action Boollm performs at your direction. Do not provide secrets or sensitive information to a model, connector, or online service unless you understand and accept that service's data practices.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on, publishing, sending, deploying, purchasing, deleting, or otherwise acting on it. Maintain appropriate backups and safeguards for important files and systems.
4. AI-generated output
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or unsafe. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users. Boollm does not guarantee that output is correct, unique, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose. Boollm is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, security, or other expert advice.
5. Local and connected features
Many Boollm features operate locally on your computer. Optional connected features may communicate with third parties, including AI providers, model hosts, websites, Google or Microsoft account services, email services, connectors, and software-distribution services. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms, privacy policies, availability, pricing, quotas, and restrictions.
You are responsible for charges associated with third-party services and for protecting your accounts, API keys, OAuth permissions, devices, and Windows profile. We may change or discontinue a connector when required by security, provider policy, law, or technical availability.
6. Google-connected features
If you choose Google Sign-In or a Google connector, Boollm requests only the permissions shown on Google's consent screen for the feature you selected. Your use of Google-connected features is subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Details about the information Boollm receives and how it is handled are provided in the Boollm Privacy Policy.
7. Privacy
The Boollm Privacy Policy explains how local data, optional accounts, connected services, credentials, and reports are handled. By using Boollm, you acknowledge those practices.
8. Updates and changes
We may provide updates that add, change, repair, or remove functionality. Microsoft Store installations are updated through Microsoft Store; other editions may offer a separate verified installer. We may revise these Terms when Boollm or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after revised Terms become effective means you accept them.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Boollm at any time and may uninstall it through Windows. We may suspend or terminate access to an online Boollm service when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risk, abuse, or a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boollm and its online services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of data, or the accuracy or fitness of AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, saz3 Labs and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from Boollm or these Terms. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Boollm during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
12. General terms
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the Boollm business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable store terms, form the agreement between you and saz3 Labs regarding Boollm.
